The Classes

AUBREE’S SIGNATURE CLASS

Full Body Burn

  • A total body workout built around pilates and strength training principles and cardiovascular health. FBB targets specific muscle groups in each class. Using varying equipment, you’ll fall in love with this dynamic, form-focused class.

  • 15ish - 30ish minutes … because you shouldn’t be a slave to your workout routine.

  • Upper body, lower body, core, glutes, back, and heart health

NO EQUIPMENT, JUST YOU

Bodyweight

  • Don’t have equipment? No problem. These sessions focus on using your body weight to build strength, stability, and endurance. Styles include cardio, pilates, yoga and guided stretching. Perfect for those on the who are traveling!

  • 15-30 minutes

  • Abs, Booty, Cardio, Pilates, Yoga

LOW-IMPACT & BREATH TO MOVEMENT

Sculpt

  • Sculpt classes incorporate yoga and Pilates principles for low-impact, yet highly effective movements. Focused on breathwork and mindful movement, these classes are designed to sculpt and tone your muscles.

  • Yoga Sculpt, Pilates Sculpt

  • Upper body, lower body, core, glutes, back

  • Designed to help you recover from intense workouts and daily stress, R&R offers guided stretching, meditations, gentle yoga, and gratitude practices. This is your go-to for restoring balance and energy.
